By using the Feljib app or the feljib.com website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Feljib is an educational app offering revision quizzes and flashcards to high-school students in Algeria. The service is currently free; we may add features or evolve the service over time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
Do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems, disrupt the service, or scrape its content.
Do not republish or resell the app's content without our written permission.

5. Content and intellectual property

Feljib's quizzes, flashcards, and explanations are prepared by our team and teachers and are protected by intellectual-property law. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the content for school revision only.

6. No warranty

We do our best to keep the content accurate and up to date, but Feljib is a revision aid and does not guarantee any academic result or success in any exam. The service is provided "as is", without express or implied warranties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page with its update date.
