How to ask us to delete your Feljib account and everything stored with it.

How to request deletion
Email support@feljib.com from the email address linked to your Feljib account, with the subject Delete my account. Writing from the linked address is how we confirm the request is really yours.
If you signed in with Google, Facebook or Apple, use the address attached to that sign-in.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details (name, email address, sign-in method).
- Your profile information: gender, level of education, and stream.
- All of your learning activity: quiz results, progress by subject, revision streaks, badges, and saved library items.
- The device identifier used to send you notifications.
This removal is permanent. Progress cannot be restored afterwards, and creating a new account later starts from zero.
What we keep, and for how long
- Aggregated, anonymous usage statistics that can no longer be linked to you. These carry no personal data and are kept to understand how the app performs overall.
- Records we are required by law to retain, kept only for the period the law requires.
How long it takes
We confirm receipt of your request within 7 days, and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest. You will get a message from us once it is done.
Note
Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account — your data stays on our servers until you ask us to remove it. Signing out does not delete anything either.
